You had me at "Bear Market Bromance". One observation - how long can the US outperform the rest of the world? Never hear about "regression to the mean" anymore. There is even some talk about a new bull market. Defies logic.
I have no idea -valuations are certainly far more compelling and even attractive in absolute terms in some markets outside the US, but many countries are a basket case from a governance and currency perspective.
My guess is, and it is purely a guess, that US markets will underperform during this downturn...eventually....and really get hit in FX terms once the Fed panics, and then a leadership transition could take place to 'foreign' for the next bull market.
